Just a quick heads-up before you start the restoration: it's highly recommended to avoid using JPG files for arcade artwork.
JPG uses lossy compression, which creates artifacts, blurs sharp details, and degrades the image every time you save it. For a proper restoration and high-quality printing, it is always better to look for lossless formats like PNG, or ideally, vector files (SVG / AI / EPS) if available.
