Tekken 2 rgb color signal not working properly

Hello everyone, I have an issue with my tekken 2 pcb, not sure what might be the cause, the only color showing up is red, blue and green ain’t showing up properly and the signal is weak, Also I’m using an HDMI converter and I know it’s not the RGB input, tekken 3 color works perfectly on it, hopefully some one can help, thanks View attachment 34280

Any ideas??? I would really like to fix this pcb.

From the top of my head there should be one LS273 for each colour on the motherboard.
Maybe check those.
