I have a solution I've used for playing XBOX360 shmups in a Blast City. This is a plug-and-play solution that can do both 15khz and 31khz in a Blast City (board included). The big box is a VGA switcher where one channel goes to VGA and the other goes to a Ultracade downscaler board. There's also a VGA->HDMI tap to allow HDMI capture of both video and audio for live streaming. The solution can run in any dedicated 15khz/31khz cab and does not have to be a multisync monitor. The solution does not require any hacks on your JAMMA harness but expects a kick harness for all buttons to work.

The capture signal is always 480p60 as it sits before the downscaler.

The single most expensive and desirable part on this board is the Ultracade downscaler which I paid a premium for.

I'm asking $300 OBO including shipping to the lower 50 states.

@DRI374 can you break down what these two boards are for? I get the idea for the top one, where it looks like you're pulling power & video to feed to UVC from the jamma harness. Unclear to me what the other board is all about or why they need to be connected.

The upper PCB powers the UVC, provides the kick harness buttons and it looks like sound is inserted as well. RGBS for 15khz might be inserted on this one as well, it was quite some ago time I built this and have to check the pinout.

The lower PCB is the XBOX360 Jammastar board. It powers up the XBOX360 with the cab (actual power to the XBOX360 is by separate power brick), takes in the 480p signal and provide the USB connectivity for the cab controls.

Yeah I was like “no way that’s all for sale for that low”. Especially from that seller.
Then I scrolled down pretty far.
