Time Crisis 2 sideart and/or instructions decals

Guessing vector versions of these don't exist, but worth an ask. I found a scan of the small sticker from the USA version, but it's a psd to jpg and was saved with a layer on top that makes it useless.

Been trying to vectorize them myself, but just not skilled and lack the free time.
