Time Crisis 3 stuck on Bufram Write

Hi was hoping someone could help. My Time Crisis 3, 2 player is not booting.
Player 1 just comes up with the * Bufram Write * while Player 2 has nothing at all. Have switched the systems to other sides and will do the same ( Nothing on Player 1 and Bufram Write on Player 2). Bought 2 new disc drives and tried replacing but does the exact same thing.
Any suggestion on what to do? I am not very familiar with arcades at all.

Your disc is faulty; the DVD read operation failed. This is how it should work normally, but you're stuck on this DVD read issue.
This game also has relatively high requirements for the optical drive.It is recommended to test several optical drives.
If your original DVD drive is unable to open, it can also be repaired without replacing it with a new DVD drive.
