To convert or not! (Sunset Riders to Turtles in Time)

As the title says...

I've repaired another Sunset and the culprit was one of the mask roms. So it is replaced by a 27c400 anyway. Then I thought, should I go all the way

I have another Sunset (repaired and kept) already installed in a cabinet.

What should I do with this?

Should I just flip it or convert it into a TiT as a weekend project?

Infact I've decided to flip it. I've listed on ebay few hours ago however, if you are interested, I can pull it off and gladly discount the ebay+paypal fees. Just shoot me a PM...
