Toodles FGW (Fighting Game Widget)

Does anyone still have the instructions for the Toodles FGW on how to remap the buttons?

Also, is there a current product that can replace it?

Modern solution? Maybe something like Blissbox Converter (retro console controller to USB) + Undamned UD15 converter or similar (USB to DB15 converter)
