Greetings everyone,
So i have the above connected and the toshiba powers up and the image comes on, the neck board does this:

And the toshiba wont focus, the pot on the flyback won't go far enought to the right to get a clear picture... I can only get a good focus if i turn brightness way down.
Also there are these small specks of discoloration:

Any ideas? The two are meant to replace the lg/wei-ya that are in a egret 3. I'm using the original psu from the cab and a stepdown from 220v to 110v.
Would be great to get some pointers!
