Hi all,

I acquired a New Net City with a Toshiba PD1843 - D29C051 - 23590055A last year, but due to moving had to strip it down and carefully put it into storage. (the mums dining room).

The monitor was seemingly working fine before the teardown (I only briefly saw it in action for about 10 minutes when I picked the NNC up from the seller).

Anyway, I have now got round to putting it all back together and have as far as I can tell made all the right connections in the NNC to it, but it is now showing a purply/blue dim image and what looks like raster lines.
I have tried a few different VGA cables, and checked its in the right connector on the chassis, and measured the input voltage which seems fine.
A brief PCB inspection doesn't seem to show any missing components either. (I do need to take it out fully after discharging and check solder joints though).

Based on the pics/vid does anyone have any idea where to start diagnosis, or is there anyone that can repair and recap these Toshiba boards?

Google photos pics/vids don't seem to want to embed, so here are the links

Thanks in advance for any help. 👍

Had a good look at the chassis, and it looks like the neck board is cracked, god knows how that happened as i was so careful with it when moving it.

Will investigate some more and see what can be done.
