I have a Toshiba PE0493 out of a Maximum Tune 3 that is vibrating vertically. I performed a full cap kit aside from the two larger caps next to the flyback (100uf 400v and 220uf 200v) and the main filter capacitor. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?
