I’ve got a dedicated blitz cab. How in the hell do you pop off the top part of the back to get at the neckboard? It all seems to be completely attached with no way of removing.
I’m confident techs didn’t Dhalsim their way to the neckboard, so any info would be appreciated. Need all the help I can get. Thanks.
