most likely using the same optical couplers as 2 1/4" trackballs

red / black = 5v/ gnd
blue /purple = x axis
green / yellow = y axis

the main connector that has both x an y and 5vlt/gnd

yeah normally the other end of the trackball has a molex 0.093" connector like this
