Can someone help me differentiate the primary from the secondary on this isolation transformer?

The secondary side is the one that has the text 96714Y on the top. You have amps written next to the voltages.

For transformers that have identical markings, there's an easy way to distinguish sides. Winding resistance results in voltage loss, so the ratio for input / output is adjusted up. So if you the have sides reversed, you'll see a lower voltage on the other side.
