Trying to find hgh quality image from xmen vs street fighter vewlix card

I have been trying to find a high quality image of the attached image for months. Does anyone have it handy? Thanks

This is the best I could find , but i think you might need to redraw this as a vector in Illustrator, even if you did get an image scan its prob guna look janky because of the 90's print dots unless you spend just as much time cleaning the art up in photoshop.

also this img is wide , prob due to the in game sprites using a diff aspect ratio then they display at
