TTX2 GPU not getting enough power

I upgraded my TTX2 gpu from Elsa 256mb to

7900GS card @ 512mb​

but now sometimes an error splash screen will pop up and say GPU not getting enough power. the game will still run but the error screen comes up
but sometimes it will freeze or crash
