TTX3 multi change

Hey all, my TTX3 multi, running the July 2021 FastIO 720p Artax multi (TTX3/ring edge/ES3, no NAOMI/etc.) suddenly started outputting in 640x480 and I have no idea why or what caused the change.

Anyone know enough about this to help me with it?
