Long story short, bought a TTX3, PSU was bad so replaced it with an ATX PSU. I hate to throw this old TTX3 PSU out and figured someone could use it and maybe fix it?
The symptoms are that when you apply power and try to start the system, the PSU will "click" like it's turning on, and then just turn off. This is the same behavior if you short the green power on wire to ground outside of the system. PSU is clean, but not recapped.
