I might've locked myself out of the bios. A while ago I remember being able to boot off a USB stick, then I turned off the machine and put it in a closet for a few months. Right now I'm trying to get it back into developer mode but no matter what setting I do in the CTRL+S window, nothing changes what it does. I don't see this window when I should:
