Finally got to look at that guys Heavy Barrel cab, and it doesnt look like we can make a deal. Sad part is that all the guy kept talking about was gutting it and putting a raspberrypi in it. So if anyone else wants the cp and artwork, dont hesitate on letting it go, it doesnt seem like this guy will change his mind, he's had it on offerup for over a year and refused to tell me a price that he's willing to sell it for. If you ask him he just replies not for (whatever amount you offered). Maybe its me but I just dont know how to deal with people like that, besides just walking away. Thanks anyway TS.
 
that sucks, sounds like he doesn't want to get rid of it, or at least not for any "reasonable" amount of money.

it's possible that he'd be amicable to a trade if you had another cab that might be a better fit for a MAME setup, that way he gets his MAME cab an you get your dedicated Heavy Barrel.
 
yeah I only have 2 cabs, and umpteen boards, im searching now for an empty cab that maybe good for a trade but I think this guy might be really unreasonable, when I told him that a working HB board goes for around 120 plus shipping he said I was crazy. Problem is that there are a couple of boards on ebay for buy it now around the 250 range, one for 200 and a complete cab for 1k. I even showed him a sold listing that was 125 that I was watching in case I got to see his cab and needed a board. His cab is in rough/poor shape and I'm not sure if the tube is dying, colors seemed very weak, image was rolling but i'm assuming the vertical hold has to be adjusted. his sticks did work but one of the handles looked like it was set on fire from the bottom and seemed like there was a sound issue with the board, sound fx was playing but no background music.
 
BUMP! I've lowered prices across the board, I need to free up some space!

EDIT: and I've listed a spicy M107 PCB for trade :D

there's probably another 20 or so boards not on my VAPs because they're not listed in their database. .. but you can see why I need to make space :D
 
I have some model2 B romboards.
Do you want to trade them for the Pacmania?

though if your location really is Ibiza I can tell you that shipping will likely be ridiculous as these panels are large and heavy.
 
I know ... one of my problems ... I paid so much to get my 4 cabinets here ... hahahahaha this will be added to the total of my hobby

I'm tempted to take that ZN Rom board of TechRomancer.
I just need a ZN2 to put it on which for some reason I can't find one w/ SFEX2+ at a reasonable price.
