I have a p&d set running a hacked usf4 hdd that I've been upgrading to a regular x3 set (i3 to i5, 2gb to 8gb, and 640 to 660gtx). It runs fine with the new cpu and ram but when I swapped the gpu, the game ran around 5fps and one of the two fans didn't spin. Anybody have any idea why this could happen?
 
Do you have a regular PC to test the GPU in?
Have you plugged in the 6-pin power connection?
