Ufo Senshi Yohko Chan (bootleg) _ PAL

Hello everyone

I'm sending this email to you because I have my UFO Senshi Yohko Chan PCB (bootleg) needing a PAL and/or programming for a PAL16L (ROM Name: pal6l8.ic33.2d).The board is 90% recovered, but my technician noticed that this PAL was damaged. Can anyone help me with this recovery?Below is the repair of my board. (My technician made a video showing the recovery of this board)
