I bought several of these. Yes, those sold prices are accurate. Like fuzz said, clean/mint PCBs with the original papers add a lot of value to collectors.

Question. Are those sold prices 100% accurate?
If so then why?
Collector quality and a corstat box sometimes with arts surely doesn't bump the price that much?

Pristine condition & some original artwork can really make a difference to the right buyer. What might seem like a small detail to one person can be a huge value-add to another.
At the end of the day, the price is what someone is willing to pay. One person might see it as over the top, and someone else sees it as a perfect addition to their collection.

I bought a donor and I am very happy with it.
Very clean board packaged well.
Not to mention I am enjoying the game while waiting.
I have learned when doing a multi I end up spending more trying to get a deal instead of buying nice when possible.
I highly recommend this seller. I do believe he is open to fair offers.
