Yes, it's been used for Gundam EXVS on Namco Grigio

If this also works, it's basically a rebranded/customized Hori Edge 301
https://hori.jp/products/edge_301/

I'm not exactly sure if the turbo, select and home buttons have been removed from the PCB somehow, but you can see the gamepad is exactly the same
