hello people, I’m coming to you for help with my Target Terror Gold
I acquired it some week ago, first, the PC was not posting (nothing on screen). Changing the CMOS battery fixed that issue the PC is posting however I get the blue screen of death with the error code :
0x0000007b, INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE, so I tried the recovery disk, it went well but at boot same thing. I decided to buy another IDE hard drive and retry the recovery but to no avail even with the new drive I got the same error message. After more inspection of the PC, I realized that the USB dongle was broken, the picture posted below. I connected the dongle to my PC and it is recognized so I glued it and think the dongle is ok so I’m at a loss, I ordered a new dongle but now I think it is not the problem. I have the recovery disk 1.34U. I tried a new ribbon cable same issue. the motherboard and everything else seems to work fine. at this point my hypotheses are

my conclusion: any software installed that is not at least the minimum software required will result in a boot error.
also, some of the TTG are windows some are linux.
I will install the PC in the cabinet tomorrow for now
