I’m assuming it’s that fix to make it run on all monitors. The ones on that psykio board sometimes won’t run on pvm/293X, ect.

This only applies for the "Korean" board, the official Banpresto will function with correct refresh rate.

Correct, the Korean ones run on that single board. The Japan banpresto marked one does not have that issue.
