Vertical hold issue: MVS1FS and Weiya

I've tried 2 different MVS1FS boards but each time I plug in the board I have to adjust the vertical hold and it keeps scrolling and is very finicky.
When I use my CPS2 games I don't have any issues.

Any suggestions?

snk have a funny sync signal
you can try putting a 5k resistor from vertical sync pin to video ground pin on the chassis or chassis rgb connector

I've had the same situation happen, tried the suggestion made by @gunblade back then as well, didn't work for me. The thing that actually worked is simply tying the H and V sync together.

Yes that was the method I used too.
