Vewlix Diamond - Popped weld on control panel

Hi all,

I have a popped spot weld on the control panel of my Vewlix Diamond cab that causes the panel to flex inward a bit when pressed, is that something that anyone else has experienced? Should I just call a welder to re-do the weld? Or is it something that can be done with a cheapo spot-welding tool?

Maybe you could sure it up with JB-weld on the inside.
