Viewlix speakers

Hi,

I've an issue with my Vewlix.
The 2 rights speaker don't work at all.

I've tried to plug directly an iPad to the amp, tried another cable and still no sound.

I'm a total noob (I've received my Vewlix 2 days ago) so any idea is welcome.

I've managed to remove the speakers at the top for checking the wires (sounds good), but it's not as easy for the bottom speakers.
Is there something special to do to access bottom speakers ?

I think you need to remove the monitor to remove the speakers.

I think I've identified 1 faulty speaker
Is it possible to remove easily a speaker from its box (in wood) ?
Because I've unscrewed everything but it looks like everything is glued.
