Virtua Fighter Sega Model 1 Glitch and no characters

I am restoring a VF1 Sega Model 1

BUT I have a display problem, I don't have the characters, I have polygonal toothpicks instead

I hope the system with a remade Sega Model 3 power supply, all the cables in the game have been redone with a thick section
