I own a PCB for Virtual-On-OMG, but I didn't know that this game had a live monitor board.
You can see it at Japan's recently completed "Virtual-of center," a dedicated Virtual-on facility.
I'm Japanese, so I can go to a virtual-of center, but like this person's post, it seems that just replacing the ROM will turn it into a live board, and that ROM has two parts: epr-18671 and 18672. It seems so.
