Weird issue flicker crt issue

So I have a 20M2MDU
I fired up my new Zero Team PCB and it works perfect on my pvm connected via scart.
But I felt like playing on my 36inch wega.
So I connected my Has supergun as usual to my RGB2COMP retrotink and it has a weird flicker issue.
I tried another board and it works perfectly fine.
I then connected it back to my PVM and it’s perfect…
I dunno why it doesn’t work? With Zero Team?

Weird issue.
Works with my JVC D Series perfectly fine.
Sony has a flicker.
Must be a Sync problem?

New Zero Team runs at a kind of non-standard refresh rate of 55.407801 Hz, which throws off some upscalers and TV/monitors.
