I just recapped this WG K7000. It was working before, but there was some issues with adjusting and folding. After replacing all but the largest cap the image is basically colored snow.
In the past when I've had similar image problems it was due to the sync pin being connected on the wrong post. Same issue persists on any sync position and when V and H are jumpered.
Double checked polarity on every cap, all checked out. Two caps (C20, C21) I took out had a higher voltage rating than the ones I used. The ones I used I believe were the original spec, while the higher rated ones were probably installed in a previous recapping by an earlier owner.
Any ideas?
