What is this orange wire that looks like it should connect from the main board of the chassis on my MS-2930 to the smaller vertical board? I think it's been disconnected the entire time I've owned this cab. It was definitely disconnected in the pictures I took when I first pulled the monitor, and I didn't reconnect it after cleaning. No problems with the video at any point. The chassis had been recapped before I got the cab.

Google translate says the text reads "Be careful of high pressure," but I assume it's really voltage. Should I plug it in?

I want to say it's a grounding wire that grounds both boards together.

Yes, "high voltage". It should be plugged into the metal thing that it's hovering next to (after unplugging and discharging the tube of course).

Cool, thanks guys. Yeah, maybe ground, maybe HV feedback or something. Definitely should be plugged in, so I've done so. Still no problems with 15KHz games after reconnecting.
