Where to find Art for Battle Bakraid Unlimited? And looking for clear Marquee holder...

Heya!

I a bit ago paid off a very costly PCB notably a Battle Bakraid Unlimited (China) which I have been looking for for a very long time.

Its just the PCB so I was wondering where I could go to get a fake set of a movestrip, Marquee, Manual, and whatever came with it thats in a Paper-esque or thickt/glossy paper form?

Its mostly for Aesthetics ofcourse but I am not sure where to go to find these.

I also want to get PCB feet for it as it doesnt have them either.

I bought it on the 1st of the month and am still waiting for it to ship though I am not worried as the seller is sheep and he always comes through!

I also am interested in an alluminum or whatever PCB case Ive seen some people get for both protection as well as to make it look nice/unique. This is a VERY special game for me and I simply want to get something like that made for it.
I have seen one site that is too costly for me however I have heard some people can make them for under $70 and thats where I am mostly hoping to end up.

Lastly, I got a Nova Blast Cabinet with the U2 "Astro City-esque" Marquee speaker top portion.
I am looking to get a clear marquee holder for it which goes on top of the cabinet, however I am unsure where to look/who to ask etc on this🤔.

I simply want to be able to display Marquee Art on top as if it were a real cabinet.
there are 4 screws on the top of it, and I am unsure however assume you would unscrew these and place the marquee holder on top and screw it down/in place? 🤷 Seems Logical.

I cant get this this month as I am more than tapped from Bakraid, however I do want to get this in the coming future as I am also planning on getting some Darksoft Multi's and would after love to get some Fake Marquees to display the game I would currently have running.

I’m torn between my empathy for hobby newcomers and my annoyance that you know the term “PCB feet” but didn’t try Googling for it. 😛 PCB feet are cheap. You can buy them by the box on Amazon, Ebay, etc.

For artwork, there are three paths:
  • Buy original art - hard to find, expensive ($300-400?), usually bundled with a PCB
  • Buy repro art - I have a lot of stuff from @sellsellsell2000 , but his Ebay store doesn’t seem to have Bakraid
  • Make repro art - find high-res art somewhere and print it yourself at home or your local shop
My one bit of n00b advice on artwork is to include the search term “arts.” Why arts? I don’t know. Arts.

Premade PCB cases can be pricey. I’m not aware of one designed specifically for Battle Bakraid, but Highflow makes a Battle Garegga case and IIRC the PCBs lined up when I held one over the other. The last time I bought from Highflow, the shipping was expensive AF, so I bought two cases at once so it would be less painful per-case. If you decide the shipped price is worth it for you, I can compare my PCBs to confirm that they match (so you can be confident that the Garegga case will fit Bakraid).

No idea about the Unico marquee. If there’s a spot for one, presumably either they make one, or designed it to fit something already on the market.

Yeah I agree asking about feet was unnecessary I was more or less just thinking of what related and wanted to put everything together.
I dont use fleacebay myself and I am aware of a couple sites as Ive used em for Sticks/buttons, though as I know some people may know good sources I am unaware of, thought it couldnt hurt to ask as I wasn't sure if many places still sold them but glad they do. "If your unsure of something, it never hurts to ask" is what I go by.

As far as "arts" are concerned I appreciate the advice. I am not after real ones as they are expensive. I am unaware of anyone currently making/selling them so I will look into who you suggested. Appreciate it as well as the term! 👍

About the Bakraid case, I figured/assumed that no one actively makes any specific ones. My hope is that someone out there somewhere whom can/does make them could maybe make one that rather than some other games title/logo on the top perhaps could make one with/for Bakraid as a custom order or something if necessary.
I only am aware of "jasen" and his prices are simply way above/more what I would/can pay when I am ready to get one. So again, I figure there are some people on here whom may be aware of others whom can/has the ability to do this and can point 👉 me in the right direction.

Hahaha, I can see where ya going/why ya figured this but Im not a noob, haha, though pretty much I am when it comes to this stuff as I have never looked for/into it before.
I havn't had anything arcade related since loosing the couple cabs and like 6-8 pcbs I owned back in 2009ish either so we all need to gain resources and learn about shit etc somewhere from some point haha.

As far as the marquee holder goes, they do not make one, no. I am not sure if they are there for any specific reason, either internally or otherwise. However, if its even remotely possible to use them or get longer ones(as for some insane reason they used tiny tiny & short ass screws for basically everything on this cab. So as I know Astro City's etc which I want to model this after eventually(in the future) used/use the location(above/ontop of the cab), I'd like to.
I assume it would need to be custom but again, I am currently unaware who out there can create such things. As it is in relation to "Arts" I brought it up as well.
Maybe there already exists what I am asking about...maybe not and it would have to be made.
I have not seen any listed on the few arcade parts sites i use/like so 🤷 hopefully someone here may be able to point me in the correct direction. I know some people out there anyway can make things like this or know of others whom can/would/might or perhaps services that could do so as a last resort. I have no clue whom any are, So again...I simply ask. Time will tell ofcourse and there is no hurry or rush by any means but I am interested and would like some ideas nonetheless.

Congrats on the great grab and great game! It's indeed awesome and you did well!

Please post when you hit some of those 1CCs!
