Just for any folks here who might be interested: if you're fortunate enough to have a legible ROM label as these have got, you can run a search on the code printed on the label! 
Generally, it's a code unique to the game itself, followed by the slot that ROM chip is occupying (or some semi-obvious variation of that). ROM dumps tend to retain these labels in their filename structure, and when it's not dumped often you'll still find results from people on forums like this one asking questions and getting answers!
In this case, "S92J CAPCOM" yields results for Street Fighter. Unfortunately, it's not super conclusive right away; but, if we make it a little more specific and include the slot e.g.: "S92J 21A CAPCOM," it brings results for Street Fighter II: Champion Edition right up to the top (with a ROM report on KLOV identifying it as "Street Fighter II': Champion Edition (Japan 920803)").
Similar results can be found when searching "MBU"; though, this time we'll be more specific right off the bat (to help narrow down results) and use "MBU 21A CAPCOM." This gets us a second-place result showing it to be Saturday Night Slam Masters (again thanks to a ROM report provided on KLOV identifying it as "Saturday Night Slam Masters (USA 930713)").
