(5/10) - I am shutting down this sale as I’m not really ready, after some thought, to part with mushi. And the twin cobra bootleg is more annoying to box and sell than it is worth. When I get decent packaging for twin cobra I will relist or edit this thread. Same goes for if I change my mind on mushi.

Thanks to all who bought stuff or otherwise reached out

Hi all - I've got kid #1 on the way, so time to play will be limited and I need to clear out some of my hobby stuff to make space for baby stuff. Everything here is tested, played, and loved by me for the last year or two.

1. Mushihimesama - CAVE - 2004/10/12 master version pcb + shock box + art - $1500 $1375
2. Twin Cobra (BOOTLEG) - Toaplan - $80 $60

——
2. Strikers 1945 II (JP) - Psikyo - PCB + art + Manual - $300 $265 SOLD to @SailorLodestar
3. Dodonpachi Daioujou Black Label PGM Conversion cart + PGM mobo - $220 SOLD to @mmmmaerk
4. Out Zone - Toaplan - PCB - $500 - with a few repairs but in perfect working order, tested by @ShootTheCore, who is a great dude and did me a solid in checking it out. SOLD to @9999 Damage

6. @jcmorrisii's (also a great dude) minigun supergun and meanwell RT PSU cover + the RT meanwell PSU. I will add pics and details of minigun setup later. $165 shipped. I prefer to sell this bit all together. @Joko3 inspired me to hang on to this bit, in case I want to grab some more boards later.

All prices are net to me, shipping to CONUS only, unless otherwise noted

I've not been "in the game" for the last year or so, so if you're interested in something and feel my price is off, please reach out or make me an offer.

(4/26 - edited for clarity)
(5/3 - lowered prices. I want to move this stuff.)
(5/8 - not much left, but maybe I’ll hold my minigun just in case)

Do you know what version of Out Zone?

Do you know what version of Out Zone?

EDIT: The board is likely running either the MAME "outzonecv" ROM set or isn't in MAME at all. I should have dumped it and checked back when it was on my bench! :P

The Outzone board is a factory-made conversion from Zero Wing - the TP-015 model code is the give away.

I have a video of the board running on my test bench from back when I looked at it. It's running a Japan region build. Version 1.1 seems most likely, but it would have to be dumped and compared to say for sure.

Some still photos of it running on my test bench as well.

Great deal on that Strikers II. I want it but am facing a big upcoming move and must resist. Whoever buys it please fucking play it.
More than the kid on the way, the upcoming move that’s preceding it is driving my sell off, tbh.

It’s a bummer but Florida has no basements and she’s not gonna let me put a cabinet in “not a basement”. So MAME it is, I guess.

There's always the supergun and small CRT route. If you set it up wisely you'll barely take up any real estate. You can even put it on a shelf with lots of other things.

Below was the corner of my bedroom in Yokohama. Didn’t take up much room at all.

What size / model CRT is that? Fits nicely on the shelving there!

9" 450 line model. PVM-0944 or 0945, one of the two. It's in storage at the moment so I can't check. I believe a 14" model would have fit that shelving as well; the length is about the same. The 9" worked well for that setup though; the bed was literally right next to it so I just sat crosslegged right in front of it. Didn't bother me at all.

Good stuff! Thanks for sharing.

Oh man....I JUST got Bakraid and now Mushi pops up! I had no idea. Congrats to whomever can somehow afford+obtain this amazing game! I would have had I not gotten Bakraid but no regrets there!

How does Kyukyoku Tiger/Twin Cobra run? Is it a perfect 1:1 with no issues compared to the original release donyou know? This is one of my alltime favorite Toaplan games and would love to get this depending somehow.

What version of Kyukyoku Tiger/Twin Cobra is it?

Aright, @Joko3 you’re right maybe I’ll hold the minigun and psu for a while.

Not sure I wanna let mushi go tbh. My fav game. Guess I’ll see if anyone nibbles.
I honestly agree with Joko3 on this. Even IF you end up without any Jamma PCBs which is a damn shame I know the feeling extremely well as I had a Neo Geo goldy 2 slot cab, and Egret II in 07-09 and in 09/10 ended up forced myself to get rid of(sold for as little as I could handle to(way less than anywhere on forums/fleacebay as thats what I believe is right) -to make sure best stuff got to a good home that would USE/PLAY not resell/over-value or simply shelf it as I cant handle/dont agree one iota with that) what I could, than lost(just lost access/ownership etc) of the rest of what I owned pcb and console related in 2010, and sadly a different context but similar resulting event occurred last August though was so quick I never got to let anything go and only saved a few consoles & less than 25 total games.

Point being, you will in the future I am overly positive want to play Arcade games again and having the minigun supergun and a controller/stick whichever at the very least will be a godsend/huge advantage/benefit especially if its quality.
As its JUST a PCB Id say the same of Mushi but I can understand ppl will pay so much its a massive financial help but if possible I would also keep it simply as its small.

DM sent about Kyukyoku/Twin Cobra boot
