My google-fu is rusty today. Would someone happen to have a pdf or link of either a WMMT3/DX+ or WMMT4 wiring diagram lying around?

Pretty rare......
For WMMT3/DX+ try looking for the manual for WMMT2 (or 1). The few times I opened up my WMMT3/DX+, it's appeared to have been an upgrade from an earlier version. I say that because, it has the chihiro power harness not connected.
As for WMMT4, seen a couple of mobo's on auctions, but scared to pull the trigger. I suspect the service screen is in japanese, and don't really know if namco/bandia changed the JVS or servo board

You're right. The machine I'm working on right now has WMMT3 but the cab was definitely a WMMT1 machine in the past so I think I will use that as reference. I'm curious about WMMT4 differences as the JVS is definitely not the same.
