I'm on the waiting list for one and missed my turn a few times but if anyone considers selling theirs I'm willing to get a pre-owned. Preferably within EU.
@leonk used to make a good Vortex cart. I sent a few people who asked me for one to him and only got back good feedback. Not sure if he is still doing them.
