Night Slashers is worth about 2~3x what a CPS1.5 is worth.
TMNT TiT is closer to equal, at least within 100$ or so I'd say depending.
Point is neither game is 100% equal IMO, and I would be shocked if anyone accepted this trade for that reason.

Ok, but it is de-suicided? Remember today we have the ability to restore keys, and this is the preferred method of revival.
A PCB that's been revived with decrypted ROMs and a B21 C-board is also basically a conversion... Only difference, It still has the original mask ROMs.

I have a TiT conversion if you want to trade .
I also have a JP Night Slasher and a original TiT as well, if you wanted to trade those 2 I would need to get C&D and Punisher or something like that
