X3 no boot

hiya
have many X3 boards
tried graphics cards , changed CPU
changed ram 1 at a time

no boot no movement of fans
led lights up in jvs i/o

is there any way of kick start with jumper etc

When you say no movement of fans, does that include the PSU fans too?? Does the PSU start up at all (usually pretty loudly)

Do you hear any 'beeps' upon startup?

For the RAM, make sure you only use 1 stick at a time

no beeps ,main psu also not boot but did try another working psu same
get green led on i/o and another boards gets green and red led
no fans on main case garphcis cpu all dead
changed coin 2032 batterys also

is there a aftermarket power supply with same conenctors?

Tried hooking up a pc power switch?
Maybe bios battery died and bios needs resetting
