I'm assuming analogue is synonymous with 'offline only' here so bear with me. Is it possible to design something similar to the Xband modem that enabled offline consoles to play over the internet but for JAMMA? I know there's a thread somewhere about linking up Naomi's, Nesica Type X2's and other net-capable systems but I'm hoping for analogue board support.

Emulators get all the fun, so what about adapting a Rpi or some kind of middle man pc to read the multi's for dynamic marquees? It would be a nice feature to see the marquee for the game you are currently playing. Would it would be too difficult to design an interface that reads the currently loaded rom in the multi and then outputs the corresponding artwork you've downloaded from the pi/pc?

Thats not a bad product at all, seems similar to kaillera or GGPO. I messaged them about JAMMA support but I very much doubt they'll develop support for it unfortunately

As for the dynamic marquee, you would just need to capture the rom name going to the display on the multi and then have something like a rpi display a corresponding image/video/etc...
