Zaxxon arcade monitor help

Hello friends, a couple of months ago, I got a free Zaxxon arcade machine and everything is fine except for this one issue on the monitor...
The top and the bottom seem to be closing in on its self, I have more pictures of what I’m talking about. I have a picture of the model number of the monitor as well. It’s a 19k4675 19” wells gardner monitor.

Give it a cap kit. Then start from scratch with all of the adjustments on the chassis and neck board. Don't mess with the yoke or rings, yet.

Ok, I’ll try that, it’s a shame it has this problem, the colors and the sharpness of the screen look amazing. Thank you.
