Trap15 made a mod which removes the red flash! Can't remember which rom you need to swap.

People here will only buy stuff after it reaches a million yen on yahoo and necro bump your thread in a year....when it's already sold

@fuzzbuddy - excellent tip, will burn that ROM and maybe it will fix my dislike for the game.

Just gotta wait for that Toaplan documentary to come out, I’m sure they’ll be overnight fanboys that gotta “catch ‘em all”… *sigh*.

My friend has a thunder dragon 2 (another NMK16 system board),that's missing an audio channel during gameplay too. I'll practice fixing on this before his. Sending you a PM.

Added Hacha Mecha Fighter (NMK)

IMO, the best Cute 'em up by a long mile from the masters NMK.

Board is super clean, music and gameplay is fine, however sound effects are playing the wrong sounds. Board was working fine but this happened on the shelf.

Most likely a simple fix, but have no time for it atm.
