    CPS2 A board query

First time I've heard of this feature, cool. Volume setting should be saved on power off though right? If it's defaulting to super loud on startup, what does this actually do?

    Battery free 3rd strike?

The drive works on my other setup with a different 3rd strike cart. That cart came with an official Capcom CD, and the cart says it's for Mexico region on the back. That disc also doesn't work with this battery free USA cart I'm trying to get working.

    Battery free 3rd strike?

I get an invalid CD error from that ISO too. So far I've tried the actual USA and Japan 3S discs, as well as the UniCD for custom SH2. I've also tested on two separate CD drives in case the original was bad.

    Battery free 3rd strike?

Maybe somebody could help me figure out what I have here? I bought a CPS3 mobo with a 3S cart a few years back, and turned it into a superbios setup using a different cart. I have since misplaced the CD that came with the 3S cart, and am trying to get it working now. All of the CDs I've...

    Upgrading a SFEX2 board to EX2 Plus?

Thanks for the info, pretty disappointing. That explains why a plus board is twice as expensive when they come up for sale, gonna have to keep my eye out for a good deal on one... anyone have experience with the PS1 port of the game? How close to arcade perfect is it?

    Upgrading a SFEX2 board to EX2 Plus?

Anyone know if it's possible to upgrade an EX2 board to the Plus version by replacing the eproms? Similar to the Champion -> Hyper upgrade on CPS1, or even a more complete conversion like a CPS2 "bootleg". Thanks in advance for any info!

SOLD Grey CPS2 Super Turbo + Capcom Sports Club + A Board, IGS Demon Front

Demon Front isn't the cartridge version, it is a standalone pcb. I got the game in a package deal and I'm not familiar with the hardware of IGS games, so that's about all I can tell you about it. The title screen says version 1.1. PCB pic here: http://i.imgur.com/4Pq3fwh.jpg I'd be willing to...

replacing scsi cd-rom drive with scsi sd card adapter?

I can add +1 for another working setup using the info in here. I was having some trouble getting mine working, but I switched from the CD with 4th strike to the standard one and then it worked. The settings were the same for both CDs, is the 4th strike version not compatible with the scsi2sd for...
