I really don't know what's wrong with this board. Boots to garbage no matter what. It WILL NOT boot with SuperBios cart or a working battery cart. You get the board and the full set of SIMMS. SIMMS tested fine on my spare CPS3. Two 128mb SIMMS are darksoft $200 shipped within US.
