Sega Blast City Power Supply 7.5a fuse

Does anyone know a replacement fuse for the sega blast city power supply? I was trying to take it off the face plate and it crumbled into pieces.

I tried to google search the fuse from another power supply I had, but nothing really shows up.

Hi, I have one spare. I bought a set of the fuses off Yaton and he wasn’t cheap, unfortunately. I’m located in the UK so you would need to factor in overseas postage also.
