I have a stupid question, but here it goes. This board is simply maping pins from one i/o to another, correct? So could I use this to do the opposite: put a fast i/o in a sega cab?

Hope you are enjoying your paper weight that can't be unlocked. If you haven't unlocked the drive yet, I thought there was chatter about a tool to brute the key and unlock it, but not sure if it is public. Anyone know anything about that tool? I guess I could write one, I think it's just xor'd.

I've successfully written a netboot pic on a TL866ii plus using Xgpro software using this file. I have tested this on a triforce type 3 with CF card and it works. Thanks @rtw and @zeruel85 for getting this all sorted out.

what did they charge you for that, if you dont kind me asking? Their prices are very good, to me. Curious what the addon was.

error 31 is a nothing error. Just means the netdimm couldn't find a game in ram...i.e. battery is dead. If you can ping it, you can send a game to it with error 31.

Take the metal cover off (if it's not already) and with system on, cat5 cable plugged in, look at the led's near the rj45. There should be a green and a red(orange?) led on the first 2 near the rj45. If only the green is on, I would suspect a corrupt firmware. Follow Tyler's howto to reflash. I...
