AES headphone socket - might someone know the mfg/part number?

I have an AES unit which someone removed it's headphone socket. I've searched online using images as reference am I'm having little luck.
Might anyone know the manufacturer/part number of it?

seems to be complicated to find this part
Ive check on console5 also..

Seems it something that people normally damage or lop off the console.
Might use a panel mount socket like this
