@seventhbigsmoke - here are some pictures of the motor and shifter. There is one wire off the pot - I could solder it on, but also thought you might want to crimp a connector on it so its easy to unplug. Send me a PM if interested. The motor is HEAVY.

I'm still in need of a hard drive for it. I've got a shifter but my drive has died.
