Naomi Netdim memory update

Hi folks,

I have here 3 hacked 4.02 Netdimm boards that i use in my Naomi's setup.

Two have 256MB and the other 512MB. I read that other system like Trifoce use the same Netdimm board but with more "memory" like 1gb. So i'm thinking to update both to 1gb, but what type, manufacturer, code number ,etc... i need ?

Can someone help me?
